On Drywind Isle in the Sinking Sands you can find a faded metal lamp laying on the beach at -2099.71, -232.94, -141.97. Rubbing this lamp will spawn Khalhan al-Hazar. Speaking with him will allow you to gain entry to the Azhar's Penitence instance.
Once you are inside you will find Khalhan waiting for you. You must then undergo his trials. The trial takes place in waves of monsters. After each wave you must speak with Khalhan again to receive the next stage. The waevs are:

到流沙區(the Sinking Sands)的乾風島(Drywind Isle)海灘座標-2099.71, -232.94, -141.97附近找一盞暗淡的金屬燈。擦拭燈座會蹦出來Khalhan al-Hazar，跟祂聊聊天就允許進入副本區阿茲哈的懺悔(Azhar's Penitence)。
卡漢(Khalhan)在裡面等著用好幾波的怪物要考驗你，每一波打完以後要回報卡漢。
