My name is Freeze. I came from Malaysia. Basically, i still consider the fresh player in EQ2. I just wondering that how to take things from bank 1? Is it my contribution not enough? Or my level is too low? My level is 26 Troubador. Thanks for your reply.

The main reson that you can't use Guild Bank 1 is because you didn't apply for the board access,

and after this step I'll add you into the guild member group on the board.

You will gain the access for the board and the guild bank additionally.

Sorry to distrub you again... At first, i can take items from the bank after you promote me as a normal stuff. But, i can't take any things from bank 1 and 2 recently. I was wondering that what happened? Have i done anything wrong to make the association to punish me? Or my contribution toward the sun moon is not enough? Or this bank got specific rules and regulation? Sorry to make you trouble but i would like to know what happening. At least, tell me the truth if i was taken some items which can't not take one(whatever items i take which is i need or after a few level required. Thanks for your reply if u can answer my question.
