WizardIncineration is now properly flagged as a proc and no longer gets ability modifier.Arcane Surge's damage has been halved.Incineration has had its damage increased by 2.4 times.Fire Chains has had its damage increased by 50%.Frozen Rain has had its damage increased by 15%.Frozen Detonation has had its damage increased by 15%.Velium Chill now increments smoother, removing 20% casting speed every 12 increments.
