POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSIONSkyshrineAll Solo instances in Skyshrine are now a 90 minute lock out, same as heroic instances.  ACHIEVEMENTSThe achievements "Rallos' Chosen" and "Vindicator Soren's Demise" should now update for all members of the raid force that kills him regardless of range.
