I have been in TSM for 4 years and enjoyed all my time with the best Chinese Guild. Taiwan rocks!
I want to thank my prince charming Srik and my never ending supporter Yiss for all the help and fun times given to me. I learnt a lot and after some time we came to love even the singing of Yiss - I wonder if she will record a CD for radio....? (Yiss: I am happy that you are no longer shy, the other day you told those Americans to get stuffed when they did stupid things ! I am so happy for you)
Unfortunately, all good times will come to an end, the first major change was when Munchies took some members and started his own guild. The second and perhaps deadly one, was over the fallout of raiding principles over looting and Syura took most raiders with him.
I realize that TSM still holds its own, but you others, like me got tired of investing all the time into raiding and without having a full raid force, it became even more a sad moment.
I have been in EQ2 from the beginning and remember that dreadful update 13 when my Necro (yes I was actually a Necro with 1000+ quests done when the game level was upto 50 only !) got nerfed and no longer was a one man army. Shortly after that I had to retire him and go with a Dirge, which until 2 years ago was making such a huge difference to a group that I always had invites. Nowadays, when Tanks can solo group zones and DPS are maxed out without a dirge, the need is no longer there. To make matters worse, I am getting tired of every few months starting again to get the latest new raid gear just to be able to do some dps and maybe kill a single mob if I am lucky.
all in all, TSM is what kept me playing all the years, SOE sucks and the server merge is a sign that the game will come to an end as ppl have gone. Now it is on me to go, the account is suspended, the game uninstalled as I have no intention to continue. The last of the Whysprrs is going home to the famous sages for new lessons in live. If you ever visit Philippines, look me up, I love to organise a Food Raid Manila....
before I forget, I like to thank also BG Yoyo for giving us always good entertainment by pulling a whole zone and making sure our healers don’t sleep! Thanks to our leader CRlight, who was a fantastic leader, if he is online (ZZZZZZ) shooting arrow for killing those mobs before they reached me and fat sheep for the good fun.
I will miss you all and always remember when you hear sounds of silence, it was just a Whysprr !
