Intro

As you all knew, we are facing a serious issue about losing our member in the past few days. They left for their personal reasons and it is a fact with no turning back.

In the previous post, I mentioned the hard times we are facing with and the response I am going to take. As a guild leader, I let lots of people being tired, disappointed and even crashed their vision to the future in the past few months. I am really sorry and helpless, because I can't get any free time to be online and even lost my passion to do so, which happened on me, a player with endless love to the game and guild.


Decide

We lost our MT, RL, three healers and few DPSer in this incident, who are vet. members and fight with us for the whole expac, brought us glory and paid huge effort on our progress.

I have to tell you guys that except we could find a better diplomatic way or all of our members could have 100% attendance, we have only 30 active players at the moment, and it is actually only 2 grps in average, which equals no good progress at all.

I can not promise to you about the following situation on raid, so it is time for those who love and rely on raids to make your decision.

We will have our best wishes to those who choose to left, and offer them a referral to other guild if needed.


Rebuild

I am very grateful and happy to those who are willing to stay, because I am afraid that it might be our biggest crisis since we transferred and during the end of EoF.

Recently, we are planning to be a normal and casual guild, and might have two raids farming easy bosses in ToMC / PoAO per week if enough people.

If we don't have that much player, then we will pick some member to form a few Hot Zones or x2 raid zones group every week with our new calendar system supported.

We also need more officers while there are only 4 including so far, hope there are much people could join and help us out, more people then less work and pressure.


Reborn

After the torturer of TSO, I have to say that we all might felt strange about playing EQ2. To be our next expansion, I don't know what SF is like, but I can say in these two months we could find out what we really need from the game and our type of playing.

To me, EQ2 is a passion and love to video game, an imagination to fantasy, a desire to adventure, and the most important, take responsibility to a group of people. After gone through so many troubles, it is my growth and appreciation to find out what I want and explore the balance point.

To those who left us, I have so much gratitude and regret. I thank them for their effort not only physically but mentally, with all the progress they have lead and encouraged us. I am sorry that I live up to their expectations for the guild, we didn't own TSO yet and I didn't bring them the discipline, the institution and progress they need.

But we are not nothing left.

The Sun Moon is going to move forward to our 5th year after the past few years. I became a graduate student who is busy for graduation from a college student, there are also people got married and have their children. We all knew that someday the curtain falls, but not now, not today, not these months.

We have friendship. We have the passion to be a TSMer. We have this forum as our home. We have a chatty MSN channel.

Finally, I have to say thank you and may you have a good time in the adventure, in the real life.

Thanks for the announcement and heads up, y'all. I'm gladly staying, and I like the decision that was mentioned as well.

I'm satisfied with the progress we've made thus far, so I look forward to future raids. I'm also confident that TSM can rebuild without too much trouble, given everyone's skill and the leaders' devotion to success.

Hopefully the next expansion will be a lot better than TSO, because honestly I've hated TSO since it was released. With Aerlik gone, I've got my fingers crossed that SOE finds someone better to replace him (granted, it's near impossible they could do much worse).
