[60][KoS] A Thorn of Old:古代之刺

This quest is given by Fuzzmin the Lost on Whisperwind Isle in the Barren Sky, near the climb up to the Owl camp (-587, -48, -408). It is the quest for Wurmslayer. You have three targets for the first step:

Azdalin - He is found at the Vicious Breeding Grounds in Tenebrous Tangle. He will spawn when you get near the center of the island, and is a 65 ^^^ Heroic.

Glyton - At the bottom of the Sanctum of the Scaleborn, at base of ramp.

Lord Xyfl - Spawns in Lavastorm. You don't hav to kill him though. He falls asleep, and you can pluck a scale from him while he is sleeping.

After obtaining these return to Fuzzmin. He will give you a Rusty Wurmslayer.

You must take it to An Old Weaponsmith next to the pool at the bottom of the waterfall at the Hidden Refuge in Tenebrous Tangle (+81, -241, +192). You will have to read his text and answer carefully or the dialogue will end and you'll have to start over. At the end of this conversation he will give you a level 60 recipe to build the Oak Shafted Wurmslayer. It requires a rare special oak-shaft which can be found in a chest next to Cyenadros in the Sanctum of the Scaleborn (+23.87, +121.78, +307.6).

You must then obtain a metal bar to craft the Sharp Bladed Wurmslayer, a level 63 recipe. This on the 3rd floor. Go all the way down the hall way. Go through the left door, and it's near the workbenchs there. Harvestable chest

After this you must take the Quellthulian Enchantments from near the Carniverous Pillar in the Halls of Fate, and use them to create a Formed Wurmslayer. This is a level 65 geomancy combine.

You must then slay the following dragons:

- Harla Dar: Epic x 4 in the Temple of Scale
- Lord Vyemm: Epic x 4 Dragon in the Laboratory of Lord Vyemm
- Sothis

Azdalin是一隻大蜥蜴，
就在 KOS 的 Tenebrous Tangle 左邊的那個島(the Vicious Breeding Grounds)，

“Lord Xyfl”—位於“Lavastorm” 但是你不用殺死他
當他進入睡覺狀態的時候
你可以在他的頭頂拿到你所需要的物品

Lord Xyfl是一條龍，在炎爆山脈最北邊的神殿裡

當得到以上三個任務物品的時候就可以回去找” Fuzzmin”回報 之後他會給你生鏽的”Lavastorm”(也就是古老之刺)

此時你必須拿著武器前往”Tenebrous Tangle” (+81, -241, +192)
位置是在水池與瀑布間的一個隱密的地方

你必須讀他正文並且回答仔細或者對話將結束和你必須重新開始)

拿到一把杖後，到TT蛙人村瀑布跳下的地方找一個武器匠講話(weaponsmith)，
然後會拿到處方，這裡所謂重新開始是指重新開始對話啦，
不用重新打mob

在這談話結束時，他將給你重新打造Wurmslayer的握柄(應該是這麼說的)
以及60級的處方
(需要1個the rusty wurmslayer，
1個oak-shaft，
10個lumbered Rosewood
與5個T7的coal (fuel)
還需要有土占技能(geomancy skill))

他會給你一個lv60的處方，
以及 rusty wurmslayer ，
從現在開始要到三個地方找材料，
分別是 SOS、POA和 HOF，
每找完一個區域的材料後都要到SOS裡面的火爐(-116, +65, -33) 製作下一階段的 wurmslayer
(如果不想在 KOS和城裡來回跑來跑去的話，
摸材料之前就把其他需要的物品燃料準備好吧，
底下會說明各階段需要的物品以及材料)，
要製作到工匠第四階任務才會叮，
製作過程需要土占技能(geocraft skill，LU25之後已經改成隨著你工匠等級增加而自動增加了)，
失敗的話要重新跑區域拿材料，
每次製作完後記得再回來找武器匠。

在Sanctum of the Scaleborn裡的Cyenadros旁邊可以找到ㄧ個箱子,
裡面有a beautiful oak shaft (+23.87, +121.78, +307.6)

接下來找第一個材料a beautiful oak shaft，
這個箱子也是在SOS裡面 epic 3.0 第十部份的那個房間，
就是接第十任務的那個平台附近找一下就會看到箱子了，
repop 時間約 3 分鐘，有任務者才看得到箱子，
拿到a beautiful oak shaft之後，
另外準備
10 份 T7 木頭(lumbered Rosewood)
5 份T7燃料(bituminous coal，在工匠房買的)，
到SOS火爐去做吧，
做完後你原來的 rusty wurmslayer 會變成 re-shaft wurmslayer，
再回去找武器匠，可以拿到 63 級的處方。

你然後必須獲得一金屬條去製造the Sharp Bladed Wurmslayer(這是63級工匠的處方)，

回SOS火爐做出 re-bladed wurmslayer，

你必須從the Halls of Fate中靠近the Carniverous Pillar的地方拿取the Quellthulian Enchantments，
然後使用它們製作成 Formed Wurmslayer，
這是65級工匠的土占技能合成

接下來找第三個材料 a Quellthulian Enchantments，
它是一本書，位置在 HOF裡面果凍怪附近(152,-58,-110)，
找到後另外準備
20 個 rough topaz(T7 礦)以及
7 份T7 mystical incense(在工匠房買)，
回SOS火爐做出 formed wurmslayer，
再回去找武器匠

然後你必須殺死以下的龍:

- Harla Dar: Epic x 4 位於“Temple of Scale”
- Lord Vyemm: Epic x 4 Dragon 位於” the Laboratory of Lord Vyemm”
- Sothis

武器匠要你殺死 Lord Vyemm、 Harla Dar和 Sothis (HOF裡面會招小兵的那隻大黑龍)以獲得血液，
等你辛苦拿到後(除了 Sothis，另外的要出 raid 才能拿到吧)，
再回去找武器匠說話，
會拿到三瓶血液以及工匠 70 的處方 ，
另外準備好
7 份T7 mystical incense
之後，再回到 SOS 火爐去製作，
就可以製作出古代之刺了，
如果製作過程中失敗了，
回去找武器匠就可以再拿到三隻龍的血液，
不用重新蒐集了(SOE還算是有點人性)。

因為是靠記憶寫的(以前的沒有紀錄)，
還不夠完整，可能是缺乏故事性，
POA的材料座標也缺乏，還沒解這任務的看要不要把對話翻譯一下，
然後把流程補齊，讓大家在解任務的同時，
也能知道故事。
