我有寄一封信過去 SOE 了，目前還沒收到回信，幫大家反映一下角色消失甚至轉移失敗的問題。

也請各位可以的話，先使用 SOE 網頁客服信件 回報。

一開始選項請按照下圖輸入，接著內容請按照如下方式打上:


•若為帳號轉移失敗，即 EQ2 Subscription 未開啟或已開啟但是無內容者:

Account transfer issue, no EQ2 subscription in my Station account.

Gamania Station name: 打上你的東方版帳號
SOE Station name: 打上你的英文版帳號
Character names: 你的角色名稱(中文)，最好附上英文種族職業，譬如 Lv50 Dworf Templar XXXX 這樣
Destination server: Najena
e-mail address: 你申請 Station 帳號的信箱

等三天了...沒消息
或許重零開始...或許...??!!

用KOS的CD-KEY進去
會有裂爪、吸血鬼和DOF嗎?? (應該沒有吧 @@a)

沒消息是指沒收到信???

他最少應該都會回一封信給你喔!

至於 KoS Cd-Key 當然不包含其他 expansion

下面是我04/13寄過去跟SOE哭弄錯KOS key帳號,順便討錢的...

Thx for your quickly response,so all my characters
can stand on the ground of Norrath again.However,
my main character --a Lv50 Half-Elf Brusier,now his
name changed to "Lawsha"--the 44pp he brought was
disappeared.May I retrieve it?
Besides,according that I got confused in my two
station name,I registered the CD-Key of KOS in the
wrong name "seanabyss" instead of the correct one
"kiesean"(which contains my datas from the merged
sever).Is there any method that I can transfer the
KOS cd-key from "seanabyss" to "kiesean"?I dont need
two accounts to play so many characters,and I
willingly to give up all what within "seanabyss".
It's a bad idea to purchase KOS again,I already got
a real one(package delivered from USA).

The EverQuest II account "SeanAbyss" has been banned, and Kingdom of
Sky has been granted to "Kiesean". If your character is missing any
platinum, you will need to request help from an in-game GM. Please remember
that the total platinum per character was limited to twice the level of
the character. A level 20 character could take a maximum of 40
platinum, a level 30 character could take a total of 60, etc. Any plat beyond
that was not allowed to transfer. If you believe the platinum you are
missing falls within the levels allowed by the transfer, please contact a
GM for assistance.

KOS cd-key的誤植問題還真搞定了,
我能開始練AA囉!
只剩下跟線上GM討回消失的PP咧.
诶,一個角色只能有2倍於自身等級的PP啊,
反正死無對證,能多凹一些嗎?幻想能有400PP中(4個50角色)...

我也是從橘子那邊的人聽到這規則的，問題是 SOE 處理 PP 得時候根本亂 ban 一通XD
