o Reduces maximum falling speed of caster

LOL I had it. It's a pretty long and boring quest line. Some ppl still don't know these feather fall cloaks still working when you are on mounts.

Actually I got some other feather fall cloaks on EQ2 10th anniversary event. It's far easier way. You just need to login LON and get your loot card. 2 or 3 reward are feather fall cloaks as I remember. Of course they are not available now. But you can still watching LON events. Sometimes SOE may surprise us.

As for Oct. 17, 2009, if you want all char to have feather cloak, which is very nice to have for situations, I would suggest to do those currently going live event for WIZ spires.

My recommend is to do those EL wiz spire's kill 3 group inside portal which is given by portal warden (I believe). Easy to gain 20 token and which gives Heirloom feather cloak (no need to attune).
