YEEEAAAHHH... so, I thought that might be confusing.  I'm going to go over this with the other designers tomorrow and see how we want to handle it.The problem is that a couple of the NPC's move during the quest.  Because of how ROI's and quests are structured, there's no method for changing the location of an ROI on any given step - they're either there, or not there.We'll probably just have to pull them, but we'll see.  Thanks for the feedback, though.
