• All players have been given a free AA respec.
• Guards will now help you find an NPC as long as they don’t want to kill you.
• Adornments should now correctly apply to lower level cloth and chain armor.
• Due to the recent changes to Oberon, it will no longer gain benefits from the Bane Warding effect.
• Scaleable The Shadow Odyssey zones that scale to 90 should now drop loot at all levels in between 80 and 90! The zones will drop from the level 80 tables until level 87 at which time they will start dropping from the level 90 tables! You may set the zone level to 80 first, if you desire the level 80 gear.
• Concussive Shock, Massive Concussive Shock and Greater Concussive Shock have had their potency reduced in PVP combat.

• Players should once again be able to complete the quest, “Ro’s Flame”.
• Indis Surion and Navarius Orvalis now count the new Sentinel’s Fate heritage quests when considering whether to give you a title. They no longer require multiple hails if you’ve earned multiple titles, and they now provide a message detailing how many heritage items you have recovered in case this number differs from your quest count.

交易技能

• There is no longer any upper level limit on the tradeskill faction writ quests from writ givers in Bathezid, Riliss, and Danak.

• Guard levels in Freeport have been slightly adjusted: many level 95 guards remain, but they are no longer blocking access to quest updates for good-aligned players of high level.
• Obelisk of Lost Souls: Characters who are high enough level to gray-out the access quests now automatically gain the power to open the doors.
• Sata, the Quel’ule faction merchant, now also sells scholar type fuel (candles, coal, and incense).

• Elemental Barrier (a unique proc on some PvP gear) has been improved as a proc and now stacks with itself
• The PvP proc Mutilation has been changed. Instead of reducing the effectiveness of your target’s heals (thus making it only effective vs healers), it now reduces the effectiveness of all heals on your current target (making it effective vs anyone who is being healed)
• Those that completed the quest "The Fleshbound Tome Speaks Again" can now buy the "Flesh Bound Tome" from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos.
• Those that completed the quest “A Crusade to Faydwer" can now buy “The Missing Pages of the Sword Heist Journal - Rebound” from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos.
• Those that completed the quest "Hadden's Earring" can now buy "Hrath's Journal" from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos.
• Sentinel’s Fate (and scaled-to-90 TSO dungeons) heroic legendary gear should all have resists now.
• Roger Goldie’s Straw Hat should no longer have the “Hooluk in a Hat” effect on it.

• Players that decline or delete the quest "Geobot" after completing "Conflict Among the Kobolds" can now regain it by speaking with Watchman Plarg in Steamfont.
• Players are no longer being misdirected to search within "The Hole: Outer Vault" for Dartain's Fortress, while on the quest "The Footsteps of Dartain: Emergence."
• Players on the quest "The Footsteps of Dartain: Experimentation" only need to speak with the spirit once in order to advance the quest.
• "Infiltrating the Sanctum: Emissary Kvikz" now recognizes when the player defeats "Sslan'yiz the Animator".
• Alim Dabir in Sundered Frontier now responds for the quest ”Further Research Required” even if you have previously deleted it after completing other quests.
• "Justice for Jojo" now updates more reliably at the final stage, and correctly removes quest items from inventory when they are no longer needed.

• Incorrect recipe costs on a number of crafted Mark of Manaar equipment items have been corrected.

NEKTULOS

• The "guardian mist grinnin" have a higher chance of carrying the kneespikes required for the quest "Ashland Kneespikes.”

VASTY DEEP

• Xilaxis the Explorer’s item tables have been corrected and he should always drop loot on both normal and challenge-mode.

• The pre-game timers have been increased by 30s to give teams and players more time to buff and be ready for the carnage!

ITEMS

• The legendary, enervated and mythical epic weapons are now No Transmute.
• Cloak of Unrest and Cloak of Justice will now accept compatible white slot adornments.
• "Leatherfoot Tales: The Houndslayer" parts 1 - 3 and "Leatherfoot Tales: The Last of the Teir'Dal" parts 1 - 3 can now be bought from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos for those that completed the corresponding quests of the same names.

TRADESKILLS

• Tinkered environmental shields are now also useable by scouts.
• It is now possible to harvest in the area of the Sundered Frontier known as Kejaan’s Rill; however, be cautious, as not all the inhabitants of that area are pleased by this change.

QUESTS

• Tenebrous Tangle - "In the Name of Marr" stage1, part2 has 3 randomly chosen branches. Each of these branches had to be adjusted due to the removal of placeholder NPCs.
• Tenebrous Tangle - If you already have any of Archaeologian Tydis's quests he will no longer continue to offer them to you.
• Tenebrous Tangle - The number Draconic Bones that can be found for the quest "Expedition for Draconic Bones" has been increased.
• Barren Sky - The "suspicious dirt" piles on Cloudmist Isle respawn faster now for those on the quest “A Misty Missing Key”.
• Bonemire - Players that find the second dig site for the quest "Quick Retrieval" will now get credit for their work.
• Bonemire - The quest "Fetid Harvest" now only requires you to harvest 10 Fetidthorn Spores, instead of 16.
• Butcherblock Mountains - The journal entry for the quest "Silent Beckon" now accurately reflects Talvrae T'Zyth's new location.
• Butcherblock Mountains - Trozusk Ripscar now grants adventurers the "Horn of Challenge" when they accept his quest "A New Challenger."
• Players on the quest "Building Fawn's Garden" have a higher chance of finding a "pinch of diatomaceous sand" on the sand covered crabs in Antonica, no matter what level they are.

ANTONICA

• Anguis, the level 22 named drake, has had its tier lowered to Heroic.

LAIR OF THE DRAGON QUEEN

• The staff of calling should now operate properly during the Toxxulia fight.

PALACE OF ROEHN THEER

• Players who have defeated Iilsaad’s Barrier can now respawn on the 4th floor, near Maalus.

ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT

• Fixed a bug which caused achievement mirrors to not work correctly in some instances on a PvP server.

BATTLEGROUNDS

• You can no longer join a battlegrounds match while possessing a creature.
• Fixed a bug which allowed group leaders to kick people from group in battlegrounds.
• We’ve implemented an AFK voting system into battlegrounds in order to report teammates that have gone AFK in a match. A player can only be voted AFK if they haven’t had any recent activity. If they receive 3 unique votes for AFK’ing during a match they will be removed from the match and will not receive a reward. Players removed this way will also receive the truancy debuff.

QUESTS

• Bonemire - The quest "Go back to Vegli" now correctly identifies the name of the gnome you need to return to. It has been renamed "Go Back to Vegnit".
• Players who are searching for the remains of the ritual tablets for the quest "The Footsteps of Dartain: Enlightenment" must now find six separate tablet shards.
• Players who have completed the quest, "The Footsteps of Dartain: Emergence" but have not yet accepted the quest, "The Footsteps of Dartain: Observation", may now hail Pleni Mas'arc and receive her second quest.
• The following quests should now update for all group members who are on the correct stage.

GENERAL

• It should be more difficult to get out of PvP combat after engaging someone in PvP combat.
• You can no longer break PvP encounters by using /yell.
• All raid mobs have had their damage and melee reduced by 10-20%

BATTLEGROUNDS

• You will now only get a death credit in a battleground if you actually die.
• Ungrouped members on the same team should be autogrouped after a few seconds.
• The old group icons are back. So custom UI group icons should work normally now.
• Russian names now display properly in the battleground leaderboard window.
• Healing from wards will now count as healing given and healing received in the battleground leaderboard.

• The descriptions for Clarissa's Content Countenance and Criggle's Chaotic Characteristics have been updated to resolve some confusion issues.

• Tradeskilled adornments would not work on a large number of low-level items. This has been fixed.
• The Hua Mein daily crafting missions now include only 1 mission that requires harvesting, equivalent to the Kerra and Quel’ule factions.

LAIR OF THE DRAGON QUEEN

• Toxxulia should do less damage with her spells and melee.

PALACE OF ROEHN THEER

• Maalus Shadowfyre will now cast his AOE spells at least 12 seconds apart from one another, rather than 8 seconds, giving players more time to recover after the previous AOE spell ticks.

PERAH CELSIS ABONIMABLE LABORATORY

• Perah Celsis should do slightly less damage with his spells.

GENERAL

• Wild Swings will now persist through death.
• The switches that open and close doors and barriers on the Vigilant: Final Destruction should now function on PvP servers.
• Killing several Dreadnaught guards in South Freeport will now cause them to learn some respect. The same applies to Thexians in North Freeport.

BATTLEGROUNDS

• Effects that can only be obtained on PVP Servers will no longer work in Battlegrounds.

ITEMS

• All raid dropped armor now has red adornment slots.
• Critical Mitigation on many raid dropped armor pieces have been changed to be more in line with TSO numbers.
• Many of the high tier armor sets have been renamed to reduce confusion.
• Brellium resist jewelry items have been improved.
• All raid dropped jewelry now has resists.
• Many raid drop weapons and jewelry items have had additional effects added.
• Some of Waansu’s items have had class restrictions added.

QUESTS

• The quest “Swiping Scrolls” can once again be successfully completed.
• The quest “Shroom Prune” now updates off of killing Coercer Pittles and Shroombis the Coerced.

PERAH’CELSIS ABONIMABLE LABORATORY

• Waansu should no longer appear inside a test tube if he has spawned as an encounter.

• Most of the guards in Freeport, Qeynos and Kelethin have had their levels reduced to what they had previously. Exceptions to this include palace guards and patrolling knights.

ITEMS

• All jewelry from the Vigilant: Final Destruction has had resists added.
• Summoning the mount from the Ykeshan Warbear whistle will now work if you are level 80 in either adventuring or tradeskilling.
• The valuable, Onayan Staff of the Waves, should now be on the Vasty Deep collection tables.

QUESTS

• The Footsteps of Dartain: Observation - The projected erudite will no longer disappear during conversation.
• In Search of Lucan – Fyr’remd Lorak should no longer disappear during conversation.
• "Confronting the Godslayer" requires the raid lichform version of Perah'Celsis in order to update. The prose is now more specific about this.
• Delinah now properly updates "The Footsteps of Dartain: Emergence."
• Players who delete or decline the various "Footsteps of Dartain" signature quests can now re-obtain them.
• Stage 3 of "Whispers from the Past" now correctly mentions Silent City instead of Living Tombs.

PALACE OF ROEHN THEER

• Kendis and Penda United now have lower maximum health.
• The 3 sages in challenge mode now synchronize their use of prismatic sphere with their exchange of stones (tank switching).

SUNDERED FRONTIER

• Neophyte Sairal in the Hall of Necromancy seeks adventurers 80 and higher for a special task.

VASTY DEEP: THE ABANDONED LABS

• Adds on the Kadara'Mola fight in Vasty Deep: The Abandoned Labs should now de-spawn should she reset or the encounter breaks.

• Brawler Focus: Stances red adornments have been restored to their original values.

BATTLEGROUNDS

• Fixed an issue that would cause some players to become stuck when returning home from a battlegrounds match.
• It should no longer be possible to cause your character to become stuck by spam-clicking the cloud mounts in Smuggler’s Den.

ITEMS

• Many of the Tier 3 Raid Boss Armor drops have been improved to be more in line with the challenge.
• Tier 3 Priest sets had some spell reuse added and some casting haste removed.
• Chainmail of Worshipped Will should now have the proper critical mitigation.
• Chainmail of Worshipped Will should now have a red raid adornment slot.
• Greaves of Recollected Vengeance have had their critical bonus returned to their original value of 12.6.
• A few more high-end accessories and armor pieces have been found that did not accept new tradeskill adornments. These have been fixed.
• Frothy Tankard can no longer be transmuted.
• The Soot Covered Illusionary Robe should no longer share appearances with the Academy Junior Apprentice Robes.

PVP

• Warden Root spells should now follow the 8 second duration rule in PVP.

QUESTS

• "Premonitions of Doom" should now update correctly when you consume the mutagenic potion.
• Eva will now correctly update "The Footsteps of Dartain: Ascension" for followers of Tunare.
• An Organic Matter of Fact - The blur effect observed when using the Glomalin Divining Rod has been reduced.
• An Organic Matter of Fact - Certain glomalin deposits that were appearing underground should now be accessible.

SPELLS

• Blaze of Ro should now increase the overtime portion of the spell with each update.

TRADESKILLS

• “Essence of Peel” and “Essence of Peel II” recipes are now correctly named in Alchemists’ recipe books.

GREATER FAYDARK

• Several gathering quests in Greater Faydark have been repaired.

PALACE OF ROEHN THEER

• Improved the drop tables for 1- and 2-rune Roehn Theer kills
• The Roehn Theer add Approaching Equilibrium changed:
  
  • Spawns with a more consistent timer
  • Now only immune to mez
  • Have fewer HP

• Brawler’s Tenacity has a slightly longer duration.
• Deathward can now crit and can now be cast on the Defiler.

QUESTS

• The final encounter in the Heritage quest, “A Source of Malediction” will now reward AA experience.
• Players are no longer required to be inside the Necrotic Asylum when reading Dread Exarch Mordek’s journal to progress the quest.

KALADIM

• Gonga barrels cause much less damage now, an appropriate amount for the dungeon.

LAIR OF THE DRAGON QUEEN

• When a player summons Sherra everyone in the zone should now get a message telling you who summoned her.

ROYAL PALACE OF ERUDIN

• The disc associated with Gloom Chevalier Faris should no longer occasionally stop working if players leave the instance and return later.

THE HOLE: DEMITRIK’S BASTION

• Demitrik should no longer get stuck with his heal buff on if players spam click the machine before he teleports. This was also causing him to call his buffs at the incorrect times.
• The trash mobs in the zone have had their hitpoints reduced slightly. This does not include the specters in the first area although they have been made easier to pull without having to clear the first area.

THE HOLE: SPIRIT’S RESONANCE

• Nortlav the Scalekeeper should no longer possess players quite so many times and should have slightly more hitpoints so players fighting him can work on lowering his health while the possessed player worries about the books.
• Nortlav the Scalekeeper should no longer set his class to the same class as the person who he copied. This is to avoid some potential damage loops causing the fight to bug out.
• The Possessing Spirit of Kyrenna should no longer resurrect her minions or herself more than twice. Her health has also been adjusted.
• Players doing the quest “Entomologist Ally” can no longer target the Gargantuan Graveyard Stinkbug so the key can be looted.

VASTY DEEP

ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENTS

• Hail Storm should 在兩個巫師的情況下會疊加效果。

• Annihilate the Opposition should update correctly now.

• Players can now move more freely during pregame of the Gears of Klakanon and Smuggler’s Den matches.

• Balanced Ayr Stones 現在是 Adornments of Avoidance (Superior)，它們會增加 Riposte Chance 只能附加於 Neck slot 的道具。(這玩意兒之前因為 slot 錯誤導致一堆人 Myth 裝不起來)
• Rare drops from the Sentinel’s Fate instances received resists.
• The Battleground Emerald-studded Brutallic Bracelet now has Soulsteal II to match the Open PVP version.
• Focused and Specialist’s Reprieve potions can no longer be auto-consumed.
• 許多 Sentinel’s Fate raid 武器跟盾牌外觀改變。
• Stats on the Di’Zok Bow of Flame, Riliss Chicken Foot, and Danak Wishbone have been adjusted to be more useful to all the classes that can use these items.
• Changed the appearances on many brawler fists so they have a different appearance other than the standard spike bronze pot!
