Entrance to the citadel can be had via the old sewer entrance or by removal of the gate keeper, Vigo Cerebus. Once slain, the gate remains unlocked for those wishing passage. Additionally, several old quests in the dungeon have been retooled and have had their rewards altered to reflect the newest item rules.
But wait, there’s more!
o New armor sets can be crafted by using the enchanted blood iron forge within the citadel. Crafters interested in creating these new pieces of armor should keep an eye out for new recipes and raw materials that can be found throughout the dungeon.
*** Items ***
* Vaniki's ring may now be transmuted and offered at deity altars.
* Books that have quests now indicate that in their tooltip and examine info.
* Dark Elf Wizards have corrected the problem with flying carpets and hover platforms moving slowly in reverse.
* The issues with the adornment on the Plate Helm of the Ether should no longer occur.
* The Cloak of Flames, Dwarven Ringmail Tunic, Robe of the Oracle, Crested Mistmoore Shield and Staff of the Observers should now open an examination window upon inspection.
* Wristbands of Lost Knowledge: The effect Channeling Force should now trigger much less sporadically.
* Particles now play on the Absolution dagger, The Annealed Defender sword and the Sword of Pain when sheathed.
* Ivy-Shrouded Orb of Tunare once again emites particles.
* The appearance for the Breastplate of Nem Anhk now matches the rest of the Aegis of Nem Anhk item set.
* Collection quest items should no longer have duplicate (or conflicting) information about their place in a collection.
* Dark Elves everywhere rejoice! Numerous items with "Teir'dal" included in the name are now spelled correctly!
* The examine data for a number of tinkered items which convert damage taken into power have had their text clarified.
* The Ravasect Voulge has been renamed Ravasect Claymore, and now has a more appropriate 2 handed appearance.
* The collectible shiny shards will now have correctly formatted prose.
* Tooltips and examine windows for Collection items now indicate if you’ve already collected all you need of the item.
* Templars & Inquisitors may now use the Luclinite Forged Bracers.
* Items from the contested Mayong have been upgraded.
* The triggered effect from the Staff of Unending Growth should now work on raid members outside of the casters group.
*** Adornments ***
* The Finesse of the Magi line of adornments should no longer cause other hostiles in the vicinity to become aggro.
*** Spells & Combat Arts***
* Percentage heals will now update the actual health healed rather than the percentage healed when using a healing pulse item.
* Reflection spells will no longer trigger unless you are engaged in combat
* The examine text for the singing shot line should now note that a ranged weapon is required.
* Lure of Innoruuk will no longer damage group members.
* Ranger’s Arrow Rip will now return the last arrow consumed by auto-attack rather than a completely different arrow.
* Percentage heals will now update the actual health healed rather than the percentage healed when using a healing pulse item.
* The npc berserker spell raging blow should no longer draw players into combat.
* Ranger Enhance: Pathfinding should now always apply properly after zoning or camping.
*** Achievements ***
* Bard:
o Harbinger's Sonnet: Selo's group speed song will properly add the in-combat run speed bonus when the Harbinger's Sonnet achievement is added. Previously, the entire benefit of the song would suspend when the player was in combat.
*** Mounts ***
* Mounts moving through water will no longer lose their their fullspeed reverse.
*** Poisons ***
* Poisons will no longer use spell damage modifiers found on a number of items.
*** Quests ***
* Players can further their quest of the Swords of Destiny by reading a book found within the Acadechism of Crushbone Keep.
* The caravan escort portion of Court of the Blades: Dukarem’s Purge, Part II should once again be working correctly.
* All players above the level 18 can now assist Trapper Coalbear in the quest, “The Number One Threat to Butcherblock”
*** Tradeskills ***
* Added a new recipe to recharge the Overclocked Gnomish Hovering Device. See Gnort Fizzlebottom in Steamfont for more information!
* The Scintillating Balanced Fastening will now properly give the correct bonus - Scintillating Defensive Screen. Previously it incorectly pointed to the Lambent Defensive Ubiquity adornment.
* The tinkering and transmuting reactions arts will now display their techniques properly in the tooltip.
* Long-lost tinkering recipes for adornments have now been found! Many creatures have horded these, but an intrepid gnome at the Gnomeland Security Headquarters, Gnort Fizzlebottom, has begun to copy some of those he's found.
* Removed the recipes for the divine/disease imbued wands from Advanced Woodworker volume 25. The recipes for these wands remain in volume 26.
* Adamantine Broadhead Arrows will now be properly classified as handcrafted.
* Removed the level 69 recipes incorrectly placed in the 63 tailor books and added them to the level 69 tailor books.
* The tailored windcloth scarf now properly requires level 60 to wear instead of level 65.
* The Remarkable Noxious Remedy will now properly show the same dispelled levels of toxins on both mouseover and examine info.
* The jeweler recipe name and description for Culling the Weak has been changed to properly reflect the name of the spell it creates (Culling of the Weak).
* Commission work no longer needs the primary component placed in the first slot.
* After reviewing the build components used in Tinkering recipes, the number of components used has been reduced by half across the board. Fuel costs remain unchanged, but the number of compoents returned by successful recipe creation has also been halved. The overall net result is a lot less resource usage for tinkerers.
*** PVP ***
* Updated several zone lines to prevent PvP exploitation.
*** Enhanced Macro System***
* New user interface. Drag and drop items, spells and abilities to create macros
* Create macros to equip multiple items to specific slots for quickly swapping gear
* Create macros from spells/abilities in your hotbar by right-clicking and choosing "Create Macro"
* Assign any icon to a macro by dragging it to the icon in the macro window
* Macros display reuse timer shading based on the first spell in the macro
*** Zones ***
* The Estate of Unrest:
o Fixed an issue in Unrest that would cause the dolls in the nursery to reset to an unattackable state after they were partially defeated and the players wiped to the attack.
* Butcherblock Mountains
o Several new quests have been added to Butcherblock Mountains! These quests are intended for players who are level 24 and above. Seek out Grot Leadarm in Fort Irontoe East, Hamish Felderham in Felderham’s Folly and Trozusk Ripscar, east of the bridge that spans Darkfall Gorge.

* The chat bubbles should no longer display when turning away from an npc
* Enhanced the mail sent message to tell who the message was sent to and to say what was sent to them.
* When 2 players create a raid the class and level information should now display correctly.
* You can now use Alin’s Melodic Refrain with the useability macro
* You should now get a proper error message if you try to follow someone a second time.
* Memory usage in the UI is now more constrained, which means less memory usage with longer play times.
* Fixed an issue causing some raid zones to not give a warning upon leaving.
* Raid groups of one player will no longer be stuck in a group if they leave the raid.

* An issue causing arrows to not be consumed if Quick Shot was triggered has been fixed.
Achievements
* The triggered effect for a Druid's 'Infusion' now only works while in combat.
* The reuse timer for a Mystic's 'Glacial Strike' is now correctly shared by 'Cold Flame.'
PvP

Quests
* The 'Tie That Binds' quests have been removed from the game. All new players will receive the 'Set Recall Point' ability at the same time that they receive their 'Call of …' ability. Players currently on these quests will find them auto-completed. Existing characters who have not started these quests will be granted the 'Set Recall Point' ability instantly.
* Changed text of dialog in the mage writ class to correctly refer to Krulkiel Trackers instead of Krulkiel Marauders.
* Objects clicked to give Legend & Lore quest books will no longer become inactive for a brief time before allowing the next player to use them.
* Players can now kill the Adherants, Hellhounds, and Vampires wherever they find them for credit toward "The Stiletto's Thirst' quest in the Bloodline Chronicles.
* Some quests that were not evaluating prerequisites correctly in all zones will now do so.
* You will no longer be able to obtain the next quest in a quest chain by sharing prior to completing the prerequisite quest for certain quest chains.

* Redemption of Failure will now resurrect a single group. The description on the effect has been updated to reflect the change.

HOUSING
* Guilds members level 30 and above can now purchase housing in Neriak and Kelethin for a reduced coin cost using status.
PETS

Antonica
* Citizens of Neriak and Freeport will now evac close to the Thundering Steppes on PvE servers
Commonlands

Darklight Woods
* The Sablevein stonewalkers in Darklight Wood should no longer become stuck in walls.
Greater Faydark
* A rare "?" collectable in Greater Faydark that was previously incorrectly reporting that characters were out of range can now be harvested.
Kelethin
* Queen Amree was shocked to find that some less than honorable Norrathians have been performing tasks for Kelethin. She has since decreed that the House of Falling Stars, the Order of Arcane, the Protectors of Growth, and Sylvan Hunters will no longer seek assistance from those of an evil alignment.
Neriak
* The Teir'Dal customers in Neriak Down Under are now much, much, less vocal!
Nektulos
* Characters should be less likely to accidentally zone when running along the ledge above the Darklight Wood zoneline in Nektulos.
Sinking Sands
* Roots are now slightly more common than dens and shrubs in the Sinking Sands. There are also slightly more roots, shrubs, and dens to be found in some areas.
The Serpent's Lair
* Creatures should now respawn correctly in "The Serpent's Lair" instance of the Freeport Sewers
Willowwood
* Innkeeper Yeoni in Willowwood has stepped out from her desk to prevent trapping people leaving their inn rooms.
QUESTS
* The quest ‘A Necessary Step' now properly awards adventure experience instead of tradeskill experience.
* The Malkonis head quest, Mayong amulet quest, and Wuoshi heart quests are now repeatable.
* The Windrush Dagger quest from Wailing Caves can now be examined and completed in any zone.
* The quest "Remembrances - Tel'riia'mil'an'ane'ie" in Obelisk of Lost Souls will now ask for any evil eye instead of "paroxysmal oberserver".
* The quest "More Adventures of Jorbo and Mappy" in Rivervale will now ask for any corrupted halfling or shadowed halflings instead of specific halfllings.
* The quest "Even More Adventures of Jorbo and Mappy" in Rivervale will now ask for any corrupted halfling instead of corrupted tailors. In addition any blight rat can now be killed for updates to the section that asked for blight rats.
* Neriak writ givers are now more willing to offer work to citizens of Freeport.
MENTORING
* Food and drink will now scale appropriately while mentoring.
TRADESKILLS
* An intrepid band of single-minded interior decorators has returned from an exploration of Stormhold and vicinity, bringing more furnishing ideas to the cities of Norrath.
* The sage adornment Scintillating Balanced Fastening will no longer occasionally bring up tailoring events during the crafting process
* Wholesalers have once again renewed their stock of cream cheese, sugar and cocoa, allowing provisioners to practice their baking and confectionary recipes.
* Continued efforts by confectionary-savvy cooks, has led to the discovery that you can dip many fruits in chocolate! Not to be outdone, bakers have started to make a variety of flavored cheesecakes! You may find that your favorite fruit has been used to make one of these delightful treats.
* The recipe scroll with the recipe that results in the Formed Wurmslayer no longer shares the same name as the recipe for the Re-bladed Wurmslayer
* Tradeskillers rejoice! You should no longer get that evil "Would not take effect" message. Lower level reaction arts can now overwrite higher level ones!
* You should no longer get a commission work error message while trying to buy from a vendor with a recipe selected.
* It should now be easier to tell which carpenter-made lights actually give off light by examining the items.
* Alchemists have learned to make level 62 Freedom of Action potions more effective. These will no longer snare the caster, and will now cure root and fear.
* It should now be easier to visually identify harvested loam from different level ranges. The common and rare loam within a level range now share the same icon, but it is a different color from loam in all other ranges.
* Imbued items that were just made will no longer display incorrect information when examined.
* Doors will now open as you approach them in the Qeynos Tradeskill instances.
* A program of extensive horticultural public education has ensured that extract of dark hatred can no longer be mistaken for tuber strands when crafting.
AMMUNITION
* The effectiveness of various kinds of ammo, including crafted, loot, summoned, and store bought has been adjusted to better balance with respect to cost, difficulty to acquire, and damage effectiveness. Previously, very high Accuracy bonuses made it near impossible to miss with auto attacks when using these arrows. Most Handcrafted ammo types received additional bonuses.
* Tenderwood Arrows bonus to Accuracy bonus reduced from 75% to 20%.
* Ammo summoned from Fabled weapons Accuracy reduced from 25% to 15%.
Powerful arrows that were reduced
* Tenderwood Arrows bonus to accuracy, damage, and range reduced.

ACHIEVEMENTS
* The Class Tree of Achievements received a full review of their bonuses. Many of the less popular achievements had their benefits increased to better compete with the more popular achievements of each class.
* Removed most weapon requirements from the second set of achievements of all Class achievement trees, with the exception to shield and ranged weapon requirements. They all share the same reuse time as well. Many of these abilities were slightly improved.
* Achievements that required casting a spell on a pet every time it zoned are now permanent buffs on the pet.
* Movement speed increase bonuses now consistently apply to both in and out of combat.
* Fixed an issue causing Assassin, Ranger, Brigand and Swashbuckler poison debuff enhancements to not work correctly.
* Achievement spells/combat arts in the second row of Class achievements that are passive or temporary buffs have been placed on their own reuse timers different than those that deal damage.
* Due to the large number of achievement changes, we will be granting a ‘Class Achievement Respec Card’ which will allow 5 class achievement tree respecs on the KoS class tree (not EoF). Please use /claim on each character which you desire to have the card. This item is available to be claimed once per character
Bard
* Strength 3 - Bladeturn: Increase avoidance skill bonuses from 2% to 2.5% per rank.
* Agility 3 - Wayfarer's Watch: Also grants a chance at avoiding non-direct area effect spells by 1% per rank.
* Agility 4 - Poison Concoction: Increased total tick count from 5 to 7, increased damage per tick.
* Agility 5 - Vanishing Act: The next attack made against any ally in stealth will be avoided.
* Agility 5 - Vanishing Act - Fixed stealth to function while in-combat
* Stamina 3 - Skald's Defense: Also increases doubleattack by 16% at rank 1, and +4% for every rank thereafter.
* Stamina 4 - Fortissimo: Grants your group melee and ranged doubleattack at 1.25% per rank, without any shield requirement.
* Stamina 5 - Shield Focus: Renamed to Lend Shielding: Allows you to block the next attack that would strike an ally.
* Wisdom 2 - Harmonizing Shot: Renamed to Messenger's Letter: It now increases hate towards the enemy's current target.
* Wisdom 4 - Allegro: Increased casting speed bonus from 0.9% to 1% per rank.
* Intelligence 3 - Minstrel's Aria: Increase skill bonus from 7% to 8% per rank.

* Strength 5 - Steadfast: While remaining still, grants interrupt immunity, with a chance at stifle immunity.

* Agility 3 - Battle Fervor: Grants doubleattack of 4% per rank instead of DPS increase. Also increases shield effectiveness by 4% per rank.
* Agility 5 - Holy Shield: Improved reuse speed from 5 minutes to 1m and it now toggles, and casting speed from 2s to 1s. Removed power cost.
* Stamina 5 - Divine Aura: Stoneskin effect now takes into consideration mitigation before determining damage. Improved reuse speed from 15 minutes to 10 minutes.
* Wisdom 4 - Divine Soothing: Renamed "Exorcise" and increases all casting skills instead of hate reduction.

* Starter - Shapeshift: The nature of the shapeshift is no longer determined by weapon; Instead multiple abilities are added for each illusion type.
* Strength 4 - Natural Boon: Increased trigger percentage from 2% to 4% per rank. Reduced group heal effect by 30%.
* Strength 5 - Primordial Strike: Increased damage, and it cannot be parried, riposted, deflected, or blocked.
* Agility 4 - Wild Regeneration: Additionally increases the initial tick of each regeneration by 3%.
* Agility 5 - Tortoise Shell: Stifles/Roots Druid instead of stuns, and doubles shield effectiveness. Also increases health regeneration of nearby allies. Removed power cost.
* Stamina 3 - Serene Knowledge: Increased triggered percentage from 1% to 2% per rank. Added interrupt immunity.
* Stamina 5 - Serenity: Removed power cost. Added interrupt immunity.
* Wisdom 4 - Hierophant Obfuscation: Instead of hate reduction, it reduces the chance that any hostile spell lands on the Hierophant by 1.5% per rank.
* Wisdom 5 - Rebirth: After death, the buff can be cancelled before the auto-resurrection occurs if desired.
* Intelligence 2 - Thunderspike: Prose description no longer mentions hammer.

* Stamina 3 - Empathic Aura: Increased healing critical to 2% per rank.

* You can now ctrl-click a link to a house item or an icon of a house item to preview it in the Dressing Room!
* Alt <click> will now move an item into trade or mail if either of these windows are open.
* Coin will now automatically roll up to the higher coin type. For example, if you have 100 copper, it will automatically become 1 silver in your inventory.
* You may click the coin icons in the trade and commission windows to set exact change. Dragging coin icons will also still work.
* The /destroy_coin command and the Destroy menu option on your inventory coin have been removed now that coin is weightless
* Harvests used for imbuing should no longer trigger the message and sound used for true rare harvests.
* You will now automatically hail a merchant when using their default merchant action.
* Added a "Product Class" field to the recipe tooltips which displays which classes the item is useable by from the tooltip.
PVP
General

* Damage was reduced at the higher levels based on class. Rogues, predators, sorcerers and summoners had the greatest reduction. Druids, enchanters and brawlers fall in the middle while the others had lower amounts of damage reduction. Hopefully this will make fights a bit longer at the high end.
* All in combat run speeds will now disable except for the bard achievement which grants in combat run speed to selos.
* The message for entering into combat should display properly now when you heal yourself.
* An issue has been resolved that was keeping good aligned players from attacking exiles in Kelethin.
* Achievement points spent will now be limited to 1.5 times your level. If you are currently above this point then you will get a forced free respec. You will still keep your points and be able to gain additional points however you can not spend over the limit until you gain additional levels.
* Carnage flagged players should now gain immunity when zoning outside of cities.
* It should now be easier to land spells on higher levels players in pvp.
* Experience Debt has been removed from pvp servers.
* Enchanter Stamina 5 now has a pvp effect to clear the attacker's target.
* Mystic lake now has an unlimited level range.
* Added PvP versions to Summoner achievements Magic Leash and Perceptors Command
* Added PvP version to Rogue achievement Swear.
* Added a recast timer to cures on healers in PVP.
* Scaled healing down at the high ends similar to the damage scaling in PVP.

Brigand PvP Combat Effects
* Double up should only work on spells cast in the last second instead of last 2 seconds.
* Lowered the debuff amount on Devitalize and Dispatch
* Reduced the stun duration on the Low Blow line.
Bruiser PvP Combat Effects
* The Drag achievement will no longer teleport your target to you.
* Bruiser Drag now has a shorter duration when used on a player
Coercer PvP Combat Effects

* The Evade achievement should now cause your target to lose its target like scout evade skills do.

* Continued efforts by confectionary-savvy cooks, has led to the discovery that you can dip many fruits in chocolate! Not to be outdone, bakers have started to make a variety of flavored cheesecakes! You may find that your favorite fruit has been used to make one of these delightful treats.
* The recipe scroll with the recipe that results in the Formed Wurmslayer no longer shares the same name as the recipe for the Re-bladed Wurmslayer
* Tradeskillers rejoice! You should no longer get that evil "Would not take effect" message. Lower level reaction arts can now overwrite higher level ones!
* You should no longer get a commission work error message while trying to buy from a vendor with a recipe selected.
* It should now be easier to tell which carpenter-made lights actually give off light by examining the items.
* Alchemists have learned to make level 62 Freedom of Action potions more effective. These will no longer snare the caster, and will now cure root and fear.
* It should now be easier to visually identify harvested loam from different level ranges. The common and rare loam within a level range now share the same icon, but it is a different color from loam in all other ranges.

ACHIEVEMENTS
* The Class Tree of Achievements received a full review of their bonuses. Many of the less popular achievements had their benefits increased to better compete with the more popular achievements of each class.
* Removed most weapon requirements from the second set of achievements of all Class achievement trees, with the exception to shield and ranged weapon requirements. They all share the same reuse time as well. Many of these abilities were slightly improved.
* Achievements that required casting a spell on a pet every time it zoned are now permanent buffs on the pet.
* Movement speed increase bonuses now consistently apply to both in and out of combat.
* Fixed an issue causing Assassin, Ranger, Brigand and Swashbuckler poison debuff enhancements to not work correctly.

Bard
* Strength 3 - Bladeturn: Increase avoidance skill bonuses from 2% to 2.5% per rank.

* Agility 3 - Ambidexterity: Increased reuse speed bonus from 1 to 1.5% per rank.
* Agility 5 - Altruism: Improved reuse speed from 15 minutes to 5 minutes, increases hate positions towards entire encounter twice. Increased health of targeted ally by 10% instead of 5%.
* Stamina 5 - Mantis Leap: Removed power cost. It can also teleport to a target ally or enemy. Reuse speed increased from 60s to 45s.
* Wisdom 3 - Bamboo Twirl: Doubled proc rate to 2% per rank, but slightly reduced damage.
* Wisdom 5 - Crane Flock: Increased reuse speed from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
Crusader
* Strength 5 - Avenging Invigoration: Also improves recovery speed by 10%.
* Agility 2 - Joust: Increased range to 15, teleports you to your target to attack.

* Agility 5 - Holy Shield: Improved reuse speed from 5 minutes to 1m and it now toggles, and casting speed from 2s to 1s. Removed power cost.

* You can now ctrl-click a link to a house item or an icon of a house item to preview it in the Dressing Room!

* Coin will now automatically roll up to the higher coin type. For example, if you have 100 copper, it will automatically become 1 silver in your inventory.
* You may click the coin icons in the trade and commission windows to set exact change. Dragging coin icons will also still work.
* The /destroy_coin command and the Destroy menu option on your inventory coin have been removed now that coin is weightless
* Harvests used for imbuing should no longer trigger the message and sound used for true rare harvests.

PVP
General

* Damage was reduced at the higher levels based on class. Rogues, predators, sorcerers and summoners had the greatest reduction. Druids, enchanters and brawlers fall in the middle while the others had lower amounts of damage reduction. Hopefully this will make fights a bit longer at the high end.
* All in combat run speeds will now disable except for the bard achievement which grants in combat run speed to selos.
* The message for entering into combat should display properly now when you heal yourself.
* An issue has been resolved that was keeping good aligned players from attacking exiles in Kelethin.
* Achievement points spent will now be limited to 1.5 times your level. If you are currently above this point then you will get a forced free respec. You will still keep your points and be able to gain additional points however you can not spend over the limit until you gain additional levels.
* Carnage flagged players should now gain immunity when zoning outside of cities.
* It should now be easier to land spells on higher levels players in pvp.
* Experience Debt has been removed from pvp servers.
* Enchanter Stamina 5 now has a pvp effect to clear the attacker's target.
* Mystic lake now has an unlimited level range.
* Added PvP versions to Summoner achievements Magic Leash and Perceptors Command
* Added PvP version to Rogue achievement Swear.
* Added a recast timer to cures on healers in PVP.
* Scaled healing down at the high ends similar to the damage scaling in PVP.

* Double up should only work on spells cast in the last second instead of last 2 seconds.

* The Drag achievement will no longer teleport your target to you.

* 出租馬將在大菲達克森林開放來縮短你的履行時間。驛站將可以在靠近舊凱拉辛橡果
電梯、碎骨寨以及屠夫山脈附近被找到。
* 奈瑞克市民現在可以使用 Sea Gate 的力量來旅行至奈克圖羅森林以及雷鳴草原碼

區域
翠玉之廳
* 你的團徵隊伍將能夠清部分的翠玉之廳,離開,並且在之後重回到你離開狀態。

* 提供任務的物品將為隱藏的 LORE, NO-TRADE, NO-VALUE, NO-SACRIFICE

* 可重複的任務在第一次完成後將會給予進階經驗值。

o 你不再需要在每個步驟時檢視任務物品。
o 基於以上改變,如果你已經有這些任務,任務將重設至開始狀態。
* History of the Runnyeye Goblins, Vol. I: 這個任務不再需要 brewers、
lackeys 以及 servants,現在改為需要各種類型的哥不林、Gorehorn
pitmasters 以及各種黏土遺跡。
* History of the Runnyeye Goblins, Vol. II: 這個任務原先需要 "a Runnyeye
apprentice" 現在變更為只需要任何一種黏溼眼哥不林。

* Safehouse: 由於現在會在一個可能導致死亡並使土匪受傷且降低與該敵人的仇恨的

Coercer

Conjurer

* Magnetic Note: Increased reuse speed from 90 to 60s. Duration increased from 5 to 6 seconds. Can only be used if an enemy is already in combat. Its triggered effect uses Aggression skill adjustments, and it is resisted less often.
Fury
* Enhance: Feral Tenacity: Improved reuse speed bonus from 40 to 60 seconds per rank.
* Enhance: Hibernation: Increased heal trigger from 10% to 15%.
* Pact of Nature: no longer mentions that your Salve lines of spells are disabled. Salve spell granted is slightly more power efficient than before.
* Enhance: Fae Fire: Fixed casting speed bonus to properly improve by 0.2 seconds per rank.
* Kudzu: Has a 25% to also root the target with each hostile spell.
* Energy Vortex: Reduced bonuses from 50% to 40%.
Guardian
* Double Attack: Reduced bonus from 10% to 9%.
* Cripple: Increased Riposte reduction from 35% to 60%.
* Got Your Back: Increased radius from 10m to 25m. Increased duration from 12 to 15s.
* Block: Increased duration from 10 to 15s.
Illusionist
* Illuminate: Increased duration to 20 seconds.
* Time Compression: Reduced casting speed bonus from 25% to 20%, recovery speed from 50% to 40%.
* Split Personality: Forces ally to taunt. Pet taunts are more effective, and it taunts the entire encounter throughout the duration.
* Enhance: Phase: Increased bonus from 5 to 8 seconds per rank.
* Enhance: Illusory Allies: Increased bonus from 7 to 10 seconds per rank.
Inquisitor
* Devotee's Repentance: Increased damage bonus from 7% to 9% per rank.
* Enhance: Zealotry: Penalties ignore item triggered effects.
* Enhance: Imprison: Improved resistibility reduction from 4% to 5% per rank.

* Enhance: Stone Stance: Increased spell mitigation bonus from 4% to 6% per rank. Also improves reuse speed by 6 seconds per rank.

* Master's Evasion - Renamed Superior Riposte: Ripostes the next attack or reflects the next spell. Increased duration by 5 seconds.

Mystic
* Enhance: Resurrection Efficiency: Improved power reduction from 8% to 12% per rank.
* Spirit Dance: Increased resurrection amount from 15% to 40%. Improved reuse speed from 2 minutes to 90 seconds. Increased radius to 30m.
* Enhance: Cures, Fading Spirit, Ancient Balm: All ward amounts have been increased by 20%.
* Immunization: Improved reuse speed from 3 to 2 minutes.
* Weapon Mastery: Also increases effectiveness of Summoned Spirit Companion (single down arrow instead of double down arrow).
Necromancer
* Enhance: Splintered Heart: Improved reuse speed from 2 to 3 seconds per rank.
* Enhance: Dispel Magic: Reduced point cost from 3 to 2.
* Enhance: Revivication: Increased bonus from 2% to 3% per rank (or 20% of its original value per rank).
* Enhance: Consumption: Increased bonus from 4 to 6 seconds per rank.
* Blood Pact: Drains health and power half as fast as it did before.
* Lifeburn: Decreased lifeburn damage/health ratio from 5:1 to 4:1.
* Enhance: Fear: Also increases duration by 1 second per rank.
* Tainted Heals: Increased pet heal amount from 13% to 18%.
Paladin
* Enhance: Intervene: Increased reuse speed from 2 to 3 seconds per rank.
* Enhance: Elixir of Resuscitation: Also improves restoration amount by 3% per rank.
* Cure Spells: For each impairment removed, hate by enemies near the paladin is increased.
* Enhance: Castigate: Also increases radius by 1 per rank.
Ranger
* Enhance: Hawk Dive: Also improves reuse speed by 6 seconds per rank.
* Befriend Animal: Increased effectiveness of charmed animal.
* Enhance: Lunge: Increased duration bonus from 0.4 to 0.5 seconds per rank.
* Hook Arrow: Improved reuse speed from 2 minutes to 90 seconds.
* Enhance: Thorny Trap: Increased reuse speed bonus from 6 to 8 seconds per rank. Also improves casting speed by 0.4 seconds per rank.
* Enhance: Survival Instincts: Also increases bonuses by additional 4% per rank.
* Enhance: Fettering Poison: also increases snare amount by 3%.
* Enhance: Ancillery Poison: Increased skill reduction bonus from 4% to 7% per rank, resist bonus from 3% to 5% per rank. Also improves reductions in defense, deflection, and parry skills.
* Conservation: Duration of potions are doubled. All potions consumed are 20% more effective than before.
* Double Arrow: Reduced ranged doubleattack bonus from 10% to 8%.
Shadowknight
* Alternate: Siphon Armament: can be cast on a raid fighter.
* Enhance: Cleave Flesh: Increased wisdom reduction amount from 10% to 12% per rank.
* Enhance: Despoiling Mists: Improved reuse speed bonus from 3 to 6 seconds per rank.
* Alternate: Siphon Armament: Increased mitigation gained by 33% more than before. Can now be cast on a raid ally.
* Pools of Blood: Increased bleed pool amount by 60% more than before.
* Reaver: Reduced health returned from 2.5% to 2%.
Swashbuckler
* Enhance: Flamboyant Strike: Increased bonus from 6% to 8% per rank.
* Enhance: Quick Flurry: Increased resistibility penalty from 10 to 13%.
* Enhance: Offensive Poisons: Increased debuff bonus from 3% to 5% per rank.
* Enhance: Turgur Poison: Increased bonus from 1 to 2 per rank.
* Enhance: Mental Poisons: Increased drain amount from 5% to 8% per rank.
* Potency: Increased trigger chance bonus from 5% to 7%.
* Enhance: Avoid Notice: Increased trigger percent from 1% to 2% per rank.
* Reach: Reduced bonus from being able to attack at 10m to 9m.
* Slightly lowered the proc amount on Swashbuckler Potency.
Templar
* Blessing: Reduced bonus from 25% to 20%.
* Mana Cure: Can be cast on a raid ally. Cure effect is applied to the Templar's group.
* Enhance: Sign of Pacification: Improved resistibility reduction from 3% to 5% per rank.
* Enhance: Soothe: Hate reduction applies to all your non-fighter allies. Hate amount reduced to compensate. Also improves casting speed by 0.1 seconds per rank.
* Overconfidence: Improved reuse speed from 3 minutes to 2 minutes. Increased duration from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Improved casting speed from 1 second to 0.5 seconds. Reduced trigger count to 1, but effect will not reduce trigger count unless enemy strikes a non-fighter ally.
Troubador
* Kian's Destructive Anthem: Increased Wisdom Reduction from 7% to 10% per rank.
* Demoralization: Fixed debuffs to properly stack their effects with each Demoralizer ability active. Increased miss chance from 3% to 5% per rank.
* Sonic Interference: Increased effect from 25% to 30%. Removed effect that increased durations from this spell.
* Enahance: Breathtaking Bellow: Improved percentage from 4% to 7% per rank.
* Harmonization: Increased effect from 7% to 10%.
Warden
* Nature Walk: Changed minor knockback immunity to snare mitigation of 50%.
* Enhance: Cures, Verdant Sigh: Increased hits allowed from 3 to 4.
* Enhance: Resurrections: Reduced bonus from 4% to 3% per rank. Also increases all of the resurrection bonuses that follow the resurrection by 5% per rank.
* Reformation: Death prevention spells also restore 30% more health than before.
* Shatter Infections: Cure effect now triggers when an ally's health drops below 50% of their maximum health instead of 25%. Increased duration from 30 seconds to 90. Triggered cure is twice as effective.
Warlock
* Enhance: Concussive: Also improves casting speed by 0.1 seconds per rank.
* Enhance: Nullmail: Also improves reuse speed by 20 seconds per rank. Increased duration bonus from 1 to 1.5 seconds per rank.
* Enhance: Interference: Also increases detaunt amount by 7% per rank.

* Modified effectiveness on certain hate increase/reduction/transfer abilities on scout classes and coercers. This makes all achievements that modify hate more worthwhile, and places slightly more responsibility on predators/rogues in controlling their aggro generation.

o Ranger - Reconnoiter: Reduced percentage
o Swashbuckler - Swarthy Distraction: Reduced percentage
o Brigand - Confound Adversaries: Increased trigger percentage. Doubled hate reduction amount, but removed hate position decrease.
o Dirge - Hyran's Angry Sonata: Lower level bonuses are higher than before, but its highest level upgrade bonuses are slightly reduced.
o Troubador - Alin's Serene Serenade: Its highest level upgrade bonuses are reduced by 3%.
o Coercer - Smirking Demeanor: Reduced hate increase component, but added a hate transfer component. This allows it provide additional hate transfer bonuses, even when the hate increase percentage cap is reached.
Bruiser
* Intimidate: Properly shares a reuse timer with Instill Doubt, as is described by its examine information.
Monk
* Increased the reuse speed of Dragonbreath from 90 to 75 seconds and increased the damage slightly.
Necromancers
* Revivication is now affected by spell scroll quality.
Paladin
* Castigate now also deals some damage if there aren't any hostile effects dispelled.
Scouts
* Evade: Increased range from 10m to 35.
Warden
* Tranquility now heals if there aren't any hostile effects dispelled. The heal amount was increased.
TRADESKILLS
* Crafted deity altars are no longer flagged "Lore".
* Wuoshi's Molted Scale, Bark of Growth, and Seed of Growth are no longer flagged Lore.
* Imbue type harvests are now known simply as "material" instead of four separate types ("flower", "stone", "tooth", "scale"SMILEY;), simplifying bank space usage logistics. Existing flowers, teeth, and scales will not be renamed but can still be used.
* Crafters now gain tradeskill experience from completing tradeskill writs.
* Crafters who have respec'ed their crafting class and wish to exchange their crafting tool from the Village of Shin quests can now speak to Rai Faela Nurwin near the Village of Shin brokers.
* The following tinker-made items are now tradable: gnomish flotation device, spring-loaded gnomish stilts, goggles of the bats, gnomish diving goggles, gnomish shades, full spectrum goggles, gnomish anti camo goggles.
* The Dark Bargainers have noticed a business opportunity and moved to fill it! Neriak now has its own tradeskill faction and faction merchant.
* Carpenters have removed the following recipes from their recipe books, as they are identical in appearance to other existing items: Maple Gnome Chair, Gnome thinking chair, Gukta ironwood shelf, Ornate bedside table, Burlap painting, Elegant bone chair, Fir trophy box, Ruckas rug, Bone shelf.
* Tradeskill writs now award Dark Bargainer faction to Neriak citizens.
* Tradeskill faction merchants will now sell in-home crafting stations to crafters whose efforts have sufficiently impressed them.
* Kindling merchants not working inside the tradeskill societies are now stocking a wider inventory of recipe ingredients including cream cheese, cocoa, and sugar.
* The Norrathian Carpenters' Guild has quietly retired the recipe for the Twisted Oak Table due to lack of demand (existing twisted oak tables will be unaffected).
* The horned leather backpack recipe is now level 63.

焦點消息

雙持的改變
為了能讓所有的職業對武器有更好的選擇,武器雙持的設計被移除。這些武器現在將會是
單手、主手或副手。
這些武器的傷害值增加了,讓它們跟之前的單手武器歸為同類。當你揮動兩把武器的時
候,你的武器的延遲將會增加 33%,但是會比之前揮動雙持武器的時候多一點的傷害

外觀

焦點消息

* 雙持武器的設計被移除並重新增加一個更為廣泛的系統。
* 在物品欄視窗新增一個 Appearance 分頁。在這裡穿著的物品將不會提供屬性,但
會覆蓋別人看到你所顯示的外觀。

雙持的改變
為了能讓所有的職業對武器有更好的選擇,武器雙持的設計被移除。這些武器現在將會是
單手、主手或副手。
這些武器的傷害值增加了,讓它們跟之前的單手武器歸為同類。當你揮動兩把武器的時
候,你的武器的延遲將會增加 33%,但是會比之前揮動雙持武器的時候多一點的傷害
值。舉例來說: 一把 3 秒鐘延遲的武器將會在你雙手揮動的時候變成延遲 4 秒。而這些
武器的 proc 效果將會依照更長的延遲時間來決定是否發出效果,而會有更好的 proc 比
率。
雙手武器的傷害值也同時增加了一些來確保雙手武器仍有存在的價值。
* 所有的雙持武器都將會是單手武器、主手武器或副手武器。
* 當你揮動兩把武器時,基本的延遲將會增加 33%。

追隨者。現在有許多搞笑藝人、天馬行空的吟遊詩人以及機齡的盜賊們都在謠傳關於他們
最愛的、即將回歸的惡作劇之王。
如果布理斯托班真的抵達了,並且重獲祂與其他也回到諾瑞斯的神衹並列的地位,那麼是
為什麼祂等到現在才回來? 偉大的盜皇到底有什麼幽默的計畫帶給祂的忠實追隨者們? 那

外觀
* 只要到達 20 級,你將獲得在物品欄內新的外觀物品欄位的權限。

* 裝備在外觀分頁的裝備並不提供給穿戴他們的角色任何的屬性或效果。

* 在同一個隊伍內的玩家若是有新隊員加入 / 離開將會收到兩個訊息通知,一個是在團
徵頻道內而另一個是在隊伍頻道內。這是為了設計給記錄人員可以方便追蹤玩家加入

遊戲內容
* 喜愛無寧莊園,但是沒有足夠的時間? 你現在將可以同時獲的休息以及不休息 (無寧
的梗),因為無寧莊園將成為續存式副本!
* 認為他們即將出航的所有等級的玩家都將會發現奎諾斯港口的 Admiral Marc
Grenich,以及東自由港的 recruiter Livia Montelius 在等待著各位。榮耀在等待
著那些希望探索神秘的伊克薩入侵我們領海的原因。到底是什麼隱藏在海平面的那

* 生物專精物品將不再需要任務物品,所以任務物品將會從灰色的敵人上掉落。

* The Scroll of the Fire Seeds 不在標記為 Lore。
* Gnomish Gent's Mechanized Façade 不再需要裝備才能顯示他的變形效果。
* 遠程武器將不會再觸發裝備於主手或副手的武器 proc。
* 增加傷害以及治療的物品將會改變。將改變為依照施法時間來計算,若是施法時間大
於 5 秒鐘的非 AoE 法術則擁有完整的效果,且重施時間將會大於 2 秒鐘。
* AoE 法術的每個目標將會獲得所觸發的 1/3 效果。
* Lifetaps 仍依照之前的方式作用。此愛,傷害是基於法術在一段時間的傷害 / 治療
來決定。
* 戰鬥技能的傷害也增加到該系統,且 Bruiser 的 Brutality 系列 buff 會對 Raid 有
效。
* 現在在使用那些協助工具的時候將會有約 2 秒的使用延遲 (例如任務助手)。
* 當你使用 Repair All 的時候修理商人將只會維修裝備在一般物品欄位的裝備。
公會點數物品
* 當販賣公會點數物品時,只有適當等級的物品會使公會提升點數或等級。但是高等級
公會的玩家仍可以販賣低等級的物品來獲得自身的點數。
* 現在在點數物品的說明底端將會有一段文字告訴你等級多少的公會會因為販賣此物品
而提升等級。總而言之,你的公會等級十級內的物品都仍將可以提升公會點數。(例
如一個等級 50 的工會可以藉由自 T6 區域掉落的等級 51 或更高的公會點數物品來
提升等級。)
* 如果你與一個會購買公會點數物品的 NPC 交易時,若你的公會等級過高而物品等級
不足以造成貢獻,則販賣視窗上顯示的點數將會是黃色代表你只能提升自己的個人貢
獻點數。
任務
* The Gnome Observations 將會顯示許要它們的任務。
* The Disk of Bylze 將在工具提示顯示提供它們的任務。
* 完成嗜血傳說系列任務將會增加吸血鬼精通在你的生物精通技能裡。
交易技能
* 重置工匠等級的工匠們將可以在 Isle of Mara 完成他們新工匠職業的工匠任務。之
前就已經重置的工匠們則可以與 Isle of Mara 掮客旁的 Rai Faela Nurwin 對話兌
換工匠工具。
* Pristine crafter 鏈甲以及重甲將會顯示更適當的外觀。
* 等級 20 以上的工匠將可以在當地的工匠協會與 a grandmaster crafter 對話來接
獲一些任務並賺取獎勵。
* 交易技能配方書商人已經開始販賣所有的基本書直到 70 集。

GAMEPLAY

HIGHLIGHTS
* The Fear Gate in the Feerrott has opened! The Shard of Fear, a fraction of the Plane of Fear, is now accessible by Norrathian mortals. Only seasoned adventurers traveling in groups should dare look upon this realm of terror and dread.
* Further sighting of mysterious visitors from Kunark have occurred in the waters near Freeport and Qeynos. See Admiral Marc Grenich in Qeynos Harbor and Livia Montellus in Freeport East to join in the investigations of these visitors.

GAMEPLAY
* "The Tablets of the Blademaster" quest no longer requires that the player be in the Pillars of Flame zone to examine the spirit vessel.
* The Valley of the Magi instance off of the Commonlands should be functioning properly again.
* The Misty Mustang whistles should now summon pinto looking Misty Mustangs instead of Elddarian Chargers.
* The quest "A Portrait of Destiny " can no longer be shared.
* Vhalen's Tools can now be examined outside of the Acadechism for a quest update.
* Server Performance Improvements for dungeons and raid encounters.
* Usable Items that are not usable from inventory will always show darkened out while not equipped.
PETS
* Deity pets can now be used along with collection pets.
* Pets with random names will now persist that name through zoning.
TRADESKILLS
* Provisioners now have a recipe for prickly pear pie, and no longer have two different recipes for prickly pear cookies.
* Carpenters, inspired by the Night of the Dead, have begun researching new and sinister furniture items. A limited selection is now available with more development expected to yield further results in the future!
* Harvested items will now display the level of recipes they are used in.
ACHIEVEMENTS
* Mystic
o Weapon Mastery should now improve the dps, max health, attributes and crushing skill of the shaman pet.
* Fury
o Pact of Nature will scribe the spell for the player even if their inventory is full
SPELLS
* Clarified the Slaughter spell scrolls to be Assassin: Slaughter and Berserker: Slaughter to reduce confusion
* Instant cast non proc spells will now get a small bonus from +spell/heal/combat art mods
* Spells that summon multiple limited pets will display that information more concisely in the tooltip.
